I Olufemi Kolapo Oyewole is highly committed to the marketing profession both in Nigeria and Internationally. I hereby offer myself as 2nd Vice President to join hands with the Leadership and other team members of The National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) to ACCELERATE our great Institute to its pride of Place
KEY PLANS / VISION
1. Membership Drive
– To develop and Implement a Strategy that will attract Members to the Institute and be willing to Participate in all activities in a creative manner.
– Embark on a national Membership drive
– Promote Creativity from Members and reward Same – Value Creation Award
– Drive the strategic Empowerment of Chapters and Branches for accelerated growth of The Institute
2. Contribution to The REAL SECTOR
– Engineer support for the real sector of the economy – small scale, component developers and backward integration
3. Education and Professional Development
– Bring on The Finishing School concept – the bedrock upon which corporate Nigeria will recruit Marketers / training of professional marketers
– Join in the review / updating the Education curriculum and continued alignment with International standards.

PROFILE – PRINCE OLUFEMI KOLAPO OYEWOLE
Olufemi Oyewole is a Refined, Pragmatic and Strategic Thinker, A Second Class Upper Division graduate of Business Administration from the University of Lagos. Did his National youth Service (Copper) in Nigerian Breweries in the supply chain unit between 1983 and 1984, he Joined Unilever Nigeria Plc. as a Marketing Trainee in 1985 and spent about 22 years in Unilever in almost all facets of the Marketing function , from core Branding, Brand development, Brand Activation, Research and Planning, sales to customer services and relationship building. He foreign posting was to Lever Brothers Bangladesh as Marketing Group Product Manager for Detergents for two years. He became Executive Director Customer Development and Board Member in 2002 a position he held for 5 years. He was invited to join Airtel Networks Limited as Channel Development Director in 2008 where he acted in various capacities as Sales Director, Regional Operations Director and Director customer experience before he left to oversee his own business . A graduate of Harvard Business – Strategy into Action, A Leader by nature and training with a certificate in General management and leadership from INSEAD.
He is currently President / CEO of Oska Royal International Nigeria Ltd, a Food Manufacturing/ Marketing Company with full backward integration into the production of required Packing and agricultural production. He is a member of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) , a fellow of the Nigeria institute of management (NIM). A member of Institute of Director (IOD) He was the foundation secretary of Advertisers Association of Nigeria.
Olufemi Oyewole is a fellow of NIMN, A former council member who was a key participant in the driving for the draft and signing off of NIMN current Act and contributed significantly to the unification of CIMN and NIMARK. He also played a key role in the Transition of both associations to become todays NIMN. A former Chairman of the NIMN Membership Committee, during his time as chairman of Membership committee, NIMN had the highest number of new and returnee members. A former member of the academic board, who joined in sourcing for sponsorships and
development of quality programs for members of the Institute. He also contributed to ensuring that programs are well packaged for positive attendance. A committed member, available at the beck and call of the Institute. Apart from facilitating programs he is also a designer of training and consultancy programs. He has remained a resource person to the Institute and has contributed to the achievements of NIMN before and he is ready to do it again…..
