She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Labour Relations and Bachelors in Human Resources with Business. She is an Alumni of Lagos Business School and Harvard Business School, USA.
She is a Fellow of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) (USA) and Chartered institute of personnel and Development (CIPD) UK
