Dr. Ayo Shonde – fnimn

Dr Shonde, Ifedayo Adegbenro was born in Abeokuta Ogun State, Nigeria.

 He holds a BSc in Business Administration, a B.Th Theology, a Master in Administrative Law and Public Policy (MLS), and a Ph.D. in Public Administration.  He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria; a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria; A member of the Chartered Institute of Statistics of Nigeria; an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment, UK, a Licenced Commodity Broker, and a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management.

He is a recipient of the NYSC National Award 1990’; and other several awards.  He is an Alumnus of the Department of State, USA on Leadership. He retired from the Federal Inland Revenue (FIRS) in 2021.  He is currently engaged as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with FIRS.

In NIMN, he had been a member of the Strategic Committee and is now a member of the Budget and Finance Committee. Dr Shonde is happily married and blessed with children.
