Who we are
Our statutory mandate
In line with our enabling law—Act No. 25 of 2003—NIMN regulates and standardizes marketing practice through professional examinations, certifications, training, retraining, and consultancy.
Membership is compulsory for practitioners who receive or expect remuneration, and
practicing marketing or holding oneself out as a marketer without registration is illegal under Section 202. Our aim is to ensure that members always adopt a professional approach to marketing.
